Fix bluetooth regressions

Merged Jonas Dreßler requested to merge verdre/gnome-shell:bluetooth-again into main

  • Commit aaf47167 was actually wrong: this._adapter === null doesn't mean we don't want to show the menu entry

  • we need to clear the list of connected signals ourselves since gnome-bluetooth no longer does that (on purpose, see gnome-bluetooth!130 (comment 1394720))
