Fixed xgettext comment position for calendar date format
Gettext comment position must be right next to the line with an extracted text otherwise it isn't included in pot/po file. The fixed comment with "no-javascript-format" keyword is esential. I'm not able to commit my "%-e" format in the translation without it.
