extensions-app: Use libadwaita

Romain Vigier requested to merge rmnvgr/gnome-shell:extensions-app-libadwaita into main

Use AdwApplication, AdwStatusPage, .content style on lists and .heading on labels for a consistent look with the GNOME HIG.

This is a minimal port. I feel the headerbar would warrant a redesign to better accommodate the new borderless appearance.
