Don't hardcode the displayed battery percentage to 100 when the battery status is "fully charged"

I tested this patch by applying it to gnome-shell-40.0-1.fc34 Fedora source RPM, running on Fedora Silverblue 34 beta.

Fixes #3393 (closed).
