Keyboard cannot disable for touchscreen.

I cannot use alternative keyboard because of gnome keyboard. I disabled from settings. But keyboard not disabled.

I removed autoenable to fix this bug.

Also I have touchscreen laptop. I don't use screen keyboard (laptop has physical keyboard) on my laptop but I cannot disable.
