windowPreview: Tone down icon animation

Florian Müllner requested to merge fmuellner/gnome-shell:tone-down-icon-animation into master

Scaling the icons all the way from/to 0 is a relatively big transition, which is fairly distracting when playing simultaneously for multiple previews.

Tone the animation down a bit by only scaling the icons down to 70% and mask that by an additional fade transition.
