Improve keyboard-usability of the unlockDialog

Jonas Dreßler requested to merge verdre/gnome-shell:unlock-dialog-key-focus-fixes into master

Fix a few cases where the key focus isn't correctly set to the entry after showing the prompt and fix an issue where the password can't be immediately re-entered. Also remove a superfluous function.

I couldn't test this with GDM, so it would be neat if someone could confirm this doesn't break anything there.
