color emoji should not be affected by text color in notification bubble
Expected behaviour
Color emoji in gnome-shell notification is not affected by text color. That is, its color is always the same regardless the text color.
Actual behaviour
Color emoji takes the text color tint
In the picture below, the notification title and the content have a (slightly) different text color and the same difference applies to the two color emojis.
