(GNOME 45.3 on Ubuntu 24.04, Liquorix kernel) When certain pinned applications are launched, a duplicate icon appears.
System information:
- Ubuntu 24.04 Noble Numbat(Development Version), using Linux 6.7.2-1-liquorix-amd64
- Affected GNOME Shell version: Gnome 45.3
- Does this issue appear in Xorg and/or Wayland? This issue happens both Xorg and Wayland, though it takes in slightly different forms. On Xorg, when Firefox is launched, a separate icon appears, while in Wayland, a general gear icon is used instead.
Does this issue happen without extensions?

Bug summary
Certain applications, namely Firefox and Ubuntu's new app center, appear to launch separately from their pinned icons, and may display a general icon rather than launched at the pinned icon.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior: Applications would launch in their respective icon.
Actual behavior: Firefox and certain other applications (Ubuntu app center) launch in a different icon.
