Screen Reader doesn't speak the items in Alt-Tab switcher

If using the screen reader on 46.alpha and if you alt-tab between windows, it doesn't speak the items in the Switcher, it just says "Panel" when the switcher appears and "Tab" when you navigate without speaking the item.
