High Contrast Paper Cuts

An issue to track small issues with the High Contrast theme. Things to look for:

• clickable elements without proper outlines to indicate they are such
• text or icons with low visibility or contrast; this could be semi-opaque text that is still dim

Issues:

• go-to-today button when active doesn't have an outline:

• slider doesn't have a high contrast variation

• submenu header icon doesn't have a HC treatment:

• background apps button doesn't have a outline

• weather time labels have low visibility
