[Feature Request] Show top bar in all screens
Feature summary
It would be a good idea to have an option to show the top bar of activities, clock and menus on all monitors just like you can do with the dock.
The problem is that I use the pc to work, design and play, sometimes I start playing on steam from ubuntu 22.04 LTS and most of the games go full screen on the first monitor (like as max payne 3), so I run the web browser with discord and video player to the second monitor, the problem is that I lose track of time, sometimes I say that I will play 5 minutes and it has been more than an hour. To solve this I have to be looking at my mobile phone at all times and sometimes when one plays something very fast like an online shooter game it is difficult to free one hand to take the mobile and see the time.
The same thing happens when I need to turn the volume up or down while gaming, there are some games you can't switch to the second monitor and my keyboard doesn't have media control buttons, my only option is to press the super key to bring up the gnome app menu and change the volume while the game is in the background temporarily, the problem is that sometimes this process freezes the screen and is very uncomfortable.
There are people who use cu and ram load visualizers or gpu temperature level visualizer in the top bar on the side of the settings menu, this is very useful to know when your hardware is about to burn, but you only see it on the main screen, right in the same place where the game is running.
So I think there are many reasons to want the gnome top bar to be visible on all desktops, this provides better control between windows and basic controls while multitasking on multiple monitors. I have been using two monitors for many years and it is very necessary on various occasions to access it while you have other things on the main screen.
How would you like it to work
In a setting in the same place where you set the visibility of the dock.
