Swipe down from anywhere on top panel to resize/move window.
The current behavior is: swipe a panel menu -> open menu, swipe empty panel space -> move a maximized window.
The "swipe down on top panel -> move window" is a great behavior (one of the best in Gnome, which I'd like to see improved by moving some window actions to the top panel, but I digress).
Unfortunately this brilliant idea is screwed up by the fact that if you don't aim properly you'll open one of the panel menus. Swiping down to open a menu is useful only on tablets. On desktops, people click or type to open stuff and the menu swiping behavior is totally beside the point. The "swipe to open menu" actually worse than useless with a mouse, cause a mouse release after drag registers as a click. I've accidentally locked my computer several times by swiping the right-hand menu with the mouse.
I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to swipe from anywhere in the top panel to move a maximized/tiled window.
Can you please improve the drag to move functionality by making the drag behavior consistent?
