Dock: hovering with mouse over some pinned item triggers drag/drop mode (icon sticks to mouse cursor)
Affected version
Gnome Shell 42, 43 Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 22.10
Bug summary
I do not know what exactly triggers this issue, but constantly happens to me after some time (does not happen in fresh session however) when I use both laptop and tablet mode in one session (meaning I fold back my keyboard 360° and use the laptop in tablet mode, hardware: dell xps 9310 2-in-1). Usually I notice the behavior when I get back into laptop mode and use the touchpad / mouse again.
Steps to reproduce
Haven't figured out a list of steps yet that works 100%. I hope you can help me here, to debug this by other means.
Use gnome shell for a while, switch between laptop and tablet mode
What happened
When hovering over certain icons in the dock, the icon gets attached to the mouse pointer, i.e. drag mode is entered.

Notice it happens only to the Firefox and the Files launcher. 100% reproducible until fresh session (and only with those two) once Gnome shell is in that state. Removing Firefox from the dock and readding it to the same position makes the bug go away until it somehow gets triggered again after some time.
