Show a "All accessibility settings" entry in the accessibility menu

The accessibility menu could show a "All accessibility settings" entry at the bottom of the menu so the user won't need to go to Settings and search for the panel at the left.

The Wi-Fi menu, for example, shows a "all networks" entry and it's very useful:
