Times in Notifications World Clocks are not aligned correctly.

Bug summary
The times listed in the World Clocks section of Notification are not aligned correctly.
- The ":" separators should be aligned in a column.
- For times in 12hr formats, the AM/PM should be right aligned.
Steps to reproduce
- Add multiple times to World Clocks application.
- Set 12 hr format for time. (Select United States in GNOME Settings, Region & Language, Formats).
- Click on the Date/Time in the top bar.
- Notice that the times are not aligned properly (instead they are all center aligned).
What happened
The times are center aligned.
What did you expect to happen
The times in the World Clocks section of Notifications should be aligned as follows:
- The ":" separators should be aligned in a column, with digits on both sides of the ":" symbols.
- The AM/PM should be right aligned.
