can't login to session, asking to retry login again

Bug summary
When launching, the welcome screen appear, but once i've choosed my session and entered my password and pressed enter, this message appear:
Oh no! Something has gone wrong.
A problem has occurred and the system can't recover. Please log out and try again.
And a button to log out.
Steps to reproduce
- power on your pc
- enter your username and password and press enter or click on the button to login

What did you expect to happen
I expected to login normally
