Notifications power on display in Do Not Disturb mode
From reading other bug reports, it seems that the expected behavior of Do Not Disturb is that, if the desktop is locked and the display is powered off, it shouldn't be powered on on notifications. I have noticed that for some time this is not the case, as notifications do power on the display even if Do Not Disturb is on.
To test this simply enable the Do Not Disturb mode, enter sleep 10 && notify-send wake up
in a terminal, and lock the desktop. First the screen goes off, but then after the ten seconds elapse it is powered up and the notification is displayed in the lock screen.
