Hide power saving mode from dropdown if system has no battery
We received some negative feedback on the power profiles daemon change:
"This change sucks in the most emphatic sense of the word. For a desktop user (ie. PC with no battery) it is in the way. I feel put upon by this change. I would expect the ability to disable it at least."
It's a good point. Displaying the current power profile in the gnome-shell dropdown menu is really totally pointless on desktops, because why would I ever want to change the power saving mode? Perhaps it makes sense to display in power settings, but it surely should not take up real estate in GNOME Shell unless my system actually has a battery.
I'm going to add the needs-design label to check if designers agree.
