Create icons for "e-privacy"/"lcdshadow" feature (switchable screen privacy protection)
See also gnome-settings-daemon#476 (moved)
Some newer laptop models have a built-in feature where the screen can be switched into privacy mode. This reduces the viewing angle considerably, similar to foils that are sometimes put in front of the screen.
On these laptops, the feature can be toggled using a keyboard combination (handled by the firmware already). It would make sense to show anon-screen-display (OSD) when the user switches the feature on/off and for this we need two new icons.
