[bug] uninstalling all apps of an group make it void.

Bug summary
When I uninstall all apps of an group/folder, the folder will still exists but with no items inside.
Steps to reproduce
- Create an app folder (dragging an app over another)
- Remove those apps by a package manager (I'm using pacman)
- The folder will still show the icons but will be void.
- Restarting gnome-shell solves the problem.
What happened
It doesn't delete that folder, only after a restart.
What did you expect to happen
The group disappear without requiring a refresh.
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
- A folder of apps.
- Removing using pacman
- Keep showing the folder
- Opening the folder.
- after an restart: alt + f2 and r.
