[GNOME 40] In overview, switching the input mode of Korean input engine is not possible with search bar unfocused

Bug summary
An input engine, ibus-hangul has two internal input modes, English alphabet mode and Korean alphabet(Hangul) mode. These modes can be switched by Hangul key or shift+space key.
In overview mode, you might want to input search text in other input mode than the current input mode of ibus-hangul. But if the focus is not on the search bar, Hangul key and shift+space key does not working.
Steps to reproduce
- Switch the input engine to ibus-hangul
- Press Super key and go into overview mode
- Press Shift+Space and try changing the internal input mode

The internal input mode was not switched.
What did you expect to happen
The internal input mode should be switched. (EN <-> 한 in the panel)
