Dash glitches at 1368x768

Dash icons at 1368x768 are currently <64px, which is not ideal. Seeing as this is a common resolution, I think it makes sense to optimize for. The space is there, but it'd need to be allocated a bit differently (e.g. by reducing vertical margins and/or making workspaces a little bit smaller).

Also, the running dots feel a bit too large and are too close to the icons:
