Background snaps when going out of overview
The background I use seems to snap/jar into place as the last frame of the animation when going out of the overview when first started. The animation is smooth after that first time.

gnome-shell-40.0-1.fc34.x86_64
I have a single 1920x1080 display, and the background is configured so:
$ gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.desktop.background
org.gnome.desktop.background secondary-color '#000000'
org.gnome.desktop.background picture-options 'zoom'
org.gnome.desktop.background color-shading-type 'solid'
org.gnome.desktop.background show-desktop-icons false
org.gnome.desktop.background picture-opacity 100
org.gnome.desktop.background picture-uri 'file:///home/hadess/Pictures/Orioto%20Wall%20Collection%20-%20Sega/BeastsReunion1440p.jpg'
org.gnome.desktop.background primary-color '#3465a4'
