fullscreen window is displaced by dock and header position sometimes

Current Behaviour

  1. Play a steam game like CS:GO
  2. When the overlay kicks-in (like when people going online) the window is moved by the amount my dash-to-dock widget and the header normally require on the normal desktop
  3. After some time, the window goes back to normal (likely when the message disappears) csgo_gnome_bug

Expected Behaviour

Do not move the window
