Improve active workspace indication in app grid

Currently, when you're in the app grid in the overview, the workspace indicator looks like this:

The active workspace is slightly bigger than the others, but it's subtle and hard to see. It would be better if the workspace thumbnails were all the same size, and the active workspace was indicated with a border.
