Support systemd-networkd in network indicator
On desktop systems using a neverchanging Ethernet connection, systemd-networkd can be used instead of NetworkManager. systemd-networkd is smaller than NetworkManager, and, therefore, resource consumption and startup time decreases.
sudo systemctl disable --now NetworkManager.service
disables NetworkManager, but currently in GNOME Shell 3.38.1 from Debian Sid/unstable, the network indicator is then also not present anymore.
It’d be great, if the network indicator could also talk to systemd-networkd.
