Zoom (universal access) is affected by others workspaces

Desktop: Gnome 3.30.2
Distro: Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Bits: 64
Display: x11
Server: X.Org 1.20.4

When I use the zoom (super+alt+8) it is affected by a shell opened in another workspace.

Also in the shell there is a process that keeps doing things quickly, moving the zoom each time as soon I stop moving the mouse.
So I cannot use the zoom properly.

I expect the zoom to ignore others workspaces.
If the zoom would do that, I could move the windows that I do not want to interfere on another workspace.

I also would like an option to never move when a window opens and/or operates, to properly avoid this problem.

Another option could be to ignore some apps/windows, gnome-terminal in my case.
