Cannot resize snapped window after shell restart

Bug summary
It's just a minor interesting bug, I just report for the record.
Snapped window can't be resized after restart Gnome.
Steps to reproduce
- Snap an arbitrary window to left right of the screen. (Meta + Left/Right arrow) (I do with Nautilus)
- Restart Gnome Shell Alt+F2 -> r
- Try to grab the snapped window down to make it normal size again.
Workaround:
- Make it full screen.
- Then resize it.
What happened
The window still in snapped state.
What did you expect to happen
Window resize to normal size 'unsnap'
