Zoom is broken and hides the mouse on 3.38.1.

- Bugs happens on both Xorg and Wayland.
Bug summary
After turning on the Zoom in Settings > Accessibility, the mouse cursor disappears.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch a fresh gnome 3.38 session, no extensions installed, no settings.
- Start Settings
- Navigate to the Accessibility tab
- Select the Zoom item in the Seeing section
- Click the enable button in the top right window corner.
What happened
The desktop zooms in and the mouse cursor disappeared.
What did you expect to happen
The desktop zooms in the the mouse cursor stays visible.
