Missing "Mobile Broadband" menu item in Gnome 3.38: JS ERROR: Error: missing getter for read-only property signal-quality

Steps to reproduce
Have a PC with mobile broadband and look through the journal. Also notice the missing "Mobile Broadband" item from the menu in the upper right corner.
