Gnome battery shows "Not charging" in Fedora 32, even though it's 99%
I don't really know if this is a bug or intended behaviour.
I noticed that on my laptop (fully charged according to the LED on the case), Gnome shell would display "Not charging" next to the battery level, which usually stays at 99% (or a similarly high percentage). The battery icon also changes, from the battery with lightning-bolt inside to the white filled battery. When this happens it usually never comes back to 100%, unless I discharge it more (and then let it charge back).
I ran a test a couple of days ago. I let the laptop to discharge to somewhere around 90%, then charged it. As expected, it went to 100% fully charged. After 2 days it went to 99%, showing "No charging". Throughout this time the laptop was connected to the power outlet.
Gnome shell version is 3.36.4
