Shell exits when leaving a terminal application
I have this proprietary program I run, if I Ctrl-c or otherwise kill that process, the screen goes black and I'm back to the GDM screen.
There are very few traces in syslog :

Jun 19 15:03:50 delly gsd-xsettings[61847]: gsd-xsettings: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :1025.
Seems to indicate that Xwayland stopped, but when attaching gdb to it, it just seems to get a SIGTERM (I suppose from systemd). There are no coredump generate so it appears it's not a crash either.
I have no idea how to debug this super annoying thing :)
