Digital clock is randomly truncated/corrupt on the right hand side. This occurs in the Gnome Shell top panel as well as on lock screens. And it has been occurring for at least a year.
Annoyingly you can't screenshot the bug because screenshotting corrects it before the screenshot is taken. But you can see one user's photo of the problem here:
