No popup animation for app menu on dash panel

Bug summary
When right click apps on dash panel (dock, favorite, or any name you know which), there's no popup animation for menu, but while menu closing, it does has animation. Any popup menu in other place has animation, so we'd better add animation for this too.
Steps to reproduce
- right click app icon on dash panel.
- see menu pops up with no animation.
