Default styles for lg Looking Glass inspector are unreadably low-contrast
Affected version
Running Gnome 3.34.2 under Ubuntu 19.10. I'm not sure whether this is with Xorg or Wayland; it's whatever display server is the default for that version of Ubuntu.
Bug summary
When I open lg
via the F2 prompt, I can't read the tabcompletion text in the pane. And other text in the pane is similarly hard to read.
Steps to reproduce
- Press
Alt + F2
to open the "Run" prompt. - In the prompt, type
lg
and pressEnter
- In the Looking Glass window that just opened, type
Main.
and pressTab
to trigger tabcompletion - Try to read the tabcompletion text.
What happened
The text appears as a medium grey on a transparent grey background that's a slightly darker shade of grey.
What did you expect to happen
I expected the text to be readable. Perhaps plain white on black?
