Timezone offset for cities in gnome-shell not updated after timezone change in GNOME Settings
gnome-shell-3.35.90-2.fc.32
(ran in Spanish language)
- Log in with the timezone set to PST (UTC-08; Vancouver, Canada) under
Settings > Date & Time
. - Go to
Settings > Date & Time
and change the timezone to CET (UTC+01; Madrid, Spain). - Open the gnome-shell dropdown and look at the Cities and their timezone offset.
Expected outcome: -6
and +6
, as the local time shown at the top is 09:19
.
Actual outcome: Still +3
and +15
which is incorrect.
