Sound doesn't work after few hours

Bug summary
Sound doesn't work for any of the applications ( Rhythmbox / gst-launch playbin etc )
Steps to reproduce
Used the system for few hours
[root@localhost ~]# uptime
20:11:47 up 15:45, 1 user, load average: 3.36, 3.02, 2.56
Sound stops working after few hours.
What happened
Created too many Input Sink in pulseaudio.
What did you expect to happen
Don't create too many Input Sinks.
Relevant logs, screenshots, screencasts etc.
