The onscreen keyboard doesn't hide when touching non-input areas

I use a XPS 13 9380 laptop with Ubuntu Disco(19.04). The onscreen keyboard doesn't hide when touching non-input areas. To add this, will be a good user experience.

The problem happened on both xrog and wayland.
