general: Add desktop icons extension

Carlos Soriano requested to merge add-desktop-icons into master

As part of the classic experience desktop icons are still expected.

The main work will happen at https://gitlab.gnome.org/csoriano/org.gnome.desktop-icons, and I'll push here updates when they happen.

The extension is still in a quite early stage though, so maybe this is not ready for merge. It also requires Nautilus 3.29.91 (not released yet).
