build: Remove unused stylesheets

Florian Müllner requested to merge fmuellner/gnome-shell-extensions:empty-stylesheets into main

The only reason for installing empty stylesheets is minimizing build system differences between extensions. That's not a very good reason and we don't do this for other optional files like schemas.
