Retire Vino integration and move disable-animations logic to GNOME Shell

This removes the "remote desktop manager" thing that also happened to detect software rendering to decide whether to disable animations or not.
This functionality is moved to GNOME Shell and mutter with mutter!838 (merged) and gnome-shell!757 (merged), and this MR changes gsd-xsettings to just forward what gnome-shell decided.
