"Printer added" notification appears every few minutes

Description
Created attachment 362283 Picture of the notification
An OSD notification with the message "printer added" pops up approximately every two minutes. I'm in a network with a network printer, and it's that one that pops up.
This message gets printed to the syslog each time the notification pops up: colord[1227]: failed to get session [pid 2331]: No data available
I haven't installed any special printer/scanner drivers at all.
Operating system: Ubuntu 17.10, GNOME Shell 3.26.1 (the default included one)
