Airplane Mode key disables only input (a bluetooth keyboard)

Description
Reproduce:
- Suppose a bluetooth keyboard is the only input to my system.
- I press the Airplane Mode key, bluetooth is disabled (as per design); but now there are no working inputs to the system.
This is more serious than it might sound: its not a key combo anymore; the key the used to be "F8" before Windows 10 is now basically a key-of-death ;-)
Suggested behaviour: if there is a bluetooth input device connected and it is the only keyboard/mouse device, Gnome could ask for confirmation before disabling bluetooth.
Or: disable wifi but leave bluetooth enabled and emit a notification: "Airplane mode: wifi is disasbled, however bluetooth is still enabled because your only input device is on bluetooth".
I do not have access to other OSes to check how they deal with this.
