Draft: adaptive light-dark support

Support Light-Dark colour scheme scheduling (inc. manual scheduling and sunrise-sunset)

Notable Changes:

  • Created new ColorScheme plugin to handle colour schemes
  • Moved gnome-datetime-source and gsd-night-light-common to the Common plugin (for shared use between color and theme plugins)
  • Added ScreenTransition method to GsdShell.
