Night light mode is not working correctly on multiple monitors

@hughsie suggested me to try out setting blue color in settings to see where it sets, but on whatever display (in gnome-control-center) I set blue color it applies only on main one.

I'm using wayland and 1 monitor (where coloring doesn't apply) through VGA and 1 through DP.

I'm running Fedora Rawhide and GSD is: gnome-settings-daemon-3.26.2-4.fc28.x86_64
