"Headset" option missing in "Select Audio Device" popup ((fixed by upgrade to Pulseaudio 14.0))

Recently (probably after I upgraded to 3.38.1), the "Headset" option has disappeared from the "Select Audio Device" popup. Now, it's just "Headphones" or "Microphone" - but no way to select both. I have to open the audio settings and manually change the input and output device after plugging in my headset.

I see a few more bugs filed - I'm guessing this is all related to some recent change:
