Replacement for hotplug-command
Hello, I noticed that any "InputClass" configurations specified in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
are overwritten by Gnome on login/unlock/resume.
This blog post suggests using the gnome-settings-daemon hotplug-command
to manually configure a device. However, I see that hotplug-command
was removed in gnome-settings-daemon version 3.19.5.
What is the current recommended way to preserve Xorg libinput configurations or allow per-device configuration outside of the Gnome Settings app?
