Printer notifications shouldn't show when result of user interaction

Clicking on "pause" or "clear all" in the jobs dialogue in the Printers settings shouldn't show notifications, the user already clicked on those buttons, the UI in the dialogue should be updated instead.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
