Custom keybinding with a command containing % (percent char) ?
If i want to set a custom keybinding with % (percent char) in parameters, it fails.
For example :
switch_to.sh -m 0 0 50% 50% xterm
fails --with logging, i can see the script is not launched--
since switch_to.sh -m 0 0 50 50 xterm
works.
(about the command used -- switch_to.sh )
switch_to.sh -m 0 0 50% 50% xterm
does the job when launched with :
-
terminal
-
gnome run prompt (Alt+F2)
-
openbox as a window manager keybinding
When dumping configuration, i see the shortcut is preserved
[org/gnome/settings-daemon/plugins/media-keys/custom-keybindings/custom0]
binding='<Shift><Super>h'
command='switch_to.sh -m 50% 0 50% 100% gvim'
name='GVim'
(i use v3.28 on Debian, but i don't see the issue so i think it still in the last version - jhbuild failed -)
